Morgan
Morgan Paden is a skilled grant writer and communications strategist with over a decade of experience supporting nonprofit development teams and shaping impactful storytelling.
As the Founder and Executive Writer of Morganite Writing Company, she helps social enterprises and nonprofits strengthen their relationships with both funders and communities, using the power of story to drive change. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Morgan holds degrees in Creative Writing and Sociology, which shaped her understanding of the intersection between storytelling and social change. Passionate about narrative justice, she is committed to ensuring that the voices of those working toward a better future are heard, valued, and supported.
Breanna
Breanna Hawkins is a social impact strategist committed to designing transformative solutions for Black communities.
As Co-Founder of The Wild Seed Collective and Principal at Fractal Strategies, she has spent over 15 years advancing racial equity in urban planning, economic development, and community resilience across Los Angeles. Her expertise lies at the intersections of race, place, and power, examining how the built environment shapes health, wealth, and opportunity for communities of color. At The Wild Seed Collective, Breanna provides research, business strategy, and facilitation support to ensure women-of-color-owned businesses not only survive but thrive. She firmly believes that the liberation of Black women will free us all—and that economic justice is essential to preserving Black spaces, culture, and legacy.
Debbie
Debbie Sheen is a social justice strategist and skilled facilitator with experience in grassroots organizations, academia, and government agencies.
As the co-founder of Fractal Strategies, she collaborates with community leaders to guide teams in turning their intentions into meaningful actions. Debbie is also a co-founder of The Wild Seed initiative, where she supports Black women entrepreneurs by providing essential funding and business development services, recognizing their pivotal role in community transformation. Growing up in Koreatown, Los Angeles, she has always been passionate about fostering a sense of belonging and driving positive change in her community.
Brittany
Brittany Dacoff is a creative director and visual storyteller with a passion for capturing authentic narratives through photography and film.
With a background in media production and branding, she specializes in crafting compelling visual content that elevates brands and amplifies underrepresented voices. As the lead photographer at Blacklight Imaging, Brittany works closely with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring every project reflects both artistry and intention. Growing up in Los Angeles, she developed a deep appreciation for cultural storytelling and community-driven creativity, which continues to shape her work today.
